Oneonta Halloween Parade 2024. The oneonta rotary club, in conjunction with the oneonta parade team, will present the annual halloween parade beginning at 6 p.m. This year’s parade is again being organized by the oneonta rotary.

Each year, we work with community businesses and leaders to host parades, gingerbread. Awards will be presented in the parking garage.
